We ship domestically, and internationally to Singapore, Brunei & Hong Kong

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We ship orders throughout Malaysia using trusted courier partners.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel weight.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties, if applicable.
Tallow Wonder is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or procedures in the destination country.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number so we can assist you.

We will help file a claim with the courier if necessary.
